● The B2B Specialist: You have 5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing,specifically within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
● Data-Obsessed: You don't make decisions based on "gut feelings." You use SQL, Excel, or analytics dashboards to find the "why" behind the "what."
● Growth Mindset: You are comfortable with "failing fast"—learning from unsuccessful experiments and doubling down on winners.
● Tech Savvy: You are proficient in the modern marketing stack, from automation tools to advanced attribution modeling.
● Strategic & Scrappy: You can think high-level about brand strategy but aren't afraid to getinto the weeds of keyword bidding or ad copy tweaks.
To excel in this role, you should be a power user of:
● Search & Social: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads.
● Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Segment.
● Optimization: Optimizely, VWO, or Hotjar.
● Growth: HubSpot/Zoho, SEO/AEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Responsibilities:
● Experiment & Scale : Design and execute cross-channel growth experiments (Paid, SEO, Referrals) to identify high-yield, scalable acquisition loops.
● Performance Management : Lead the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and niche industry networks, maintaining a laser focus on LTV/CAC ratios.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Run aggressive A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and funnels to turn high-intent traffic into qualified leads.
● The AI Edge : Leverage emerging trends like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure LightMetrics remains the top choice in an AI-driven search landscape.
● Full-Funnel Analytics : Own the stack (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CRM) to track, report, and forecast performance, turning raw data into actionable boardroom insights.
● Cross-Functional Synergy : Partner with Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure our growth tactics align with our product roadmap and sales velocity.
