2025 wasn’t just another year. It was a milestone; a year of growth, connection, and pride for everyone at LightMetrics.

We didn’t just build smarter tech. We built stronger teams, deeper trust, and a culture that’s now firmly our own.

Growing in Numbers and in Spirit

This year, our team grew by 40%, that’s a lot of new faces, new energy, and new stories joining the LightMetrics journey.

We created the Critical Response Team, a function dedicated to giving customers faster, sharper support,  a true example of how our people turn purpose into action.

There’s something we’re especially proud of: 30% of our team are women. In a tech space that often struggles with representation, this isn’t just a statistic. It’s a reflection of the inclusive, people-first culture we’ve built, one where everyone belongs and thrives.

The Moments That Brought Us Closer

From celebrating LightMetrics’ 10th anniversary in February to our unforgettable offsite at Sakleshpur in September 2025, this year was full of shared milestones and memories.

We went all out on reviving and redesigning our Friday Sessions, and they’ve become one of the most loved parts of our week. Whether it was a deep dive into robotics research from an ex-colleague, a fireside chat with our “Hyperscalers” , or Simran’s inspiring talk on sensory physiology, these sessions reminded us why curiosity and connection fuel innovation.

Listening, Learning, and Leading

Our people spoke and we listened.

The Connect Survey showed what makes LightMetrics special: Leadership, Team, Culture, Value, and Impact. Our eNPS has increased from 71 to 88 and it tells us we’re on the right track and that people feel proud to be here.

We also took a hard look at our policies and processes this year, simplifying what needed to change and adding best practices that make daily life smoother, because when things work better for people, everything else follows.

The Spirit of 2025

We know that success requires patience, persistence, and faith and it takes years of unseen development to arrive at the goal. We have made our mark in the telematics industry, we have lived our vision of making roads safer for everyone everywhere and we have done it together as one team with one purpose. The pride, the energy, the belief, it’s all been palpable this year. We didn’t just chase goals; we chased dreams and turned them into impact.

Eyes on 2026

Next year, we’re doubling down on what makes us, us. A culture that sticks. A team that tries harder, learns faster, and never gives up. A workplace where values aren’t posters, they're everyday actions.  If I were to describe 2026 year in one word, it would be momentum.
