7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
7.1. The Company believes in helping its customers as far aspossible, under its cancellation policy. Under this policy:
7.1.1. Cancellations for cameras ordered through us will beconsidered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
7.1.2. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained ifthe orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiatedthe process of shipping them.
7.1.3. However, refund/replacement can be made if you establish thatthe quality of product delivered is not good.
7.1.4. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items or the productreceived is not as shown on the Website or as per your expectations pleasereport the same to our customer service team. The request will, however, beentertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. Thisshould be reported within 16-30 days of receipt of the products. The customerservice team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriatedecision.
7.1.5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with awarranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
7.1.6. In case of any refunds approved by the Company, it will take 7-15business days for the refund to be processed.
7.1.7. Cancellation of services shall be governed by the terms andconditions specified in the agreements executed with customers. In the event ofany inconsistency between this policy and the applicable agreement, the termsof the agreement shall take precedence.
