Job Description

We are looking for a talented engineer to work on our Android/Java software stack. The role will involve working with internal stakeholders to enhance the platform, as well as responding in an agile manner to requests from developers and customers on our platform

Requirements

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
  • Less than 5 years’ experience in Writing production quality code and to maintain it.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of developing Java and/or Android app.
  • Working knowledge in using remote data via RESTAPIs and JSON.
  • Experience in integrating third party libraries and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Good knowledge of OS concepts like Multi-threading, data-structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in optimizing code for memory and performance using profiling tools is a plus. Experience in using NDK and JNI is a plus
