Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who sits at the intersection of sales enablement, partner success and marketing (ideally 6 to 10 years of experience). This role is responsible for empowering our sales and partner ecosystem with the right tools, training, and resources while also driving marketing initiatives that strengthen our positioning in the market. You will act as a connector between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams — ensuring consistent messaging, impactful enablement, and measurable business growth.
Requirements
Sales Enablement:
- Develop, manage, and deliver sales enablement programs for internal teams and partners (training, demo guides, battlecards, objection handling).
- Create and maintain collateral libraries (case studies, brochures, demo scripts, onboarding guides) with clear indexing and version control.
- Manage and update content within the partner portal, ensuring collateral, playbooks, and resources are current, easy to navigate, and aligned with GTM priorities.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to assess skill gaps and tailor enablement content to drive adoption, improve win rates, and shorten sales cycles.
- Support partner onboarding with structured training sessions, demo support, and best practices guides.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track pipeline progress, enablement effectiveness, and partner traction.
- Drive and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners and internal stakeholders to review performance, share insights, and align on growth strategies.
- Continuously gather and update competitive intelligence to enhance battlecards, refine messaging, and equip sales teams with timely insights.
Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop content and campaigns that support awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration. Support customer storytelling by developing case studies, testimonials, and industry success stories
- Create and maintain customer-facing assets: product brochures, use-case one-pagers, industry-specific content
- Partner with product marketing on go-to-market messaging, competitive positioning, and launch enablement
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure localized collateral and campaigns are relevant and effective.
- Trade shows and conference support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in communication, Business, Marketing or related field
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with B2B environments and SaaS is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and good working level in English.
- Ability to travel to 25% of travel within Mexico, Chile and Colombia
